Before we started our business we shopped around for a smoker that would be just right for our needs. We found no smoker that was a perfect fit so we had one built.
Our smoker was built by Billy Level. With the addition of sinks, wood stove and pressurized water system the smoker can be used just about anywhere.
The smoker can hold up to three whole hogs, or 45 Beef Briskets, 65 pork butts, 75 slabs of ribs, 55 chickens. This allows us to prepare for a variety of different sized functions.
