At Hoss's BBQ & Catering Co. we are dedicated to producing only the highest quality food for your parties, reunions, fundraising dinners or just big family meals and having fun while we do it.
Each menu we create is unique for each customer. Ken puts his considerable talents as a professionally trained chef to good use devising a spread to meet your individual needs.
All of our food is made from scratch and not store bought. This allows us to provide you with the highest quality BBQ and fixings.
Meats can include: whole hogs, turkeys, pork butts, briskets, ribs and chickens.
Sides can include: coleslaw, baked beans, braised greens, corn bread, even fresh veggies from your garden. We are happy to cook family favorites you might have or experiment with new dishes.
Size is no issue. We are flexible and can cook for groups of 20 up to parties of 1000.
Location: Since our smokers are on wheels we can go almost anywhere to cater your function. We are located in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia and can travel to the
